This new apartment is located in a very quiet yet uniquely central villa area just minutes walk from some of the most popular locations such as The University of Malta, the Msida Skate Park and Mater Dei Hospital. Also within walking distance is Msida center (offering a public transport hub to Valletta and other locations), Gzira and Ta’ Xbiex (very popular with Gaming and Financial Companies) as well as Sliema and St.Julians (popular shopping and entertainment locations). The surrounding area boasts several good restaurants, cafes and a sea front promenade ideal for pleasant walks.
The area is also convenient to visit Valletta, which can be reached by the 10-minute ferry to Valletta from the Sliema Strand or a short bus ride along the sea side route. Buses to various parts of the island may be caught from a bus stop located on the main road just two minutes’ walk around the corner from the apartment.
The Sliema town centre shopping area and the beaches along the Sliema promenade are easily reached and within walking distance. The apartment is also a short distance from the very popular entertainment hub in St Julians and Paceville.
Several amenities are located within short walking distance to the apartment, making it easier for guests who may wish to use services such as laundry or hairdressing or bakeries for some delicious fresh bread.
The rooms are modern, spacious and well-equipped with facilities to provide guests with plenty of comforts.
This first floor apartment consist of two bedrooms (one double, one single) and a combined kitchen/ dining/living area and 2 balconies and lift. All rooms are fully air conditioned (AA+), as well as equipped with double glazed windows and insect screens throughout. There is one bathroom with a walk in shower. The front door is fire retardant and a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit are also available. The kitchen is equipped with brand new fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave, electric oven, hob and extractor, toaster, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, pots, pans etc. The washing machine is situated on the balcony in an enclosed space. I am looking for clean, mature and responsible tenant/s who can take impeccable care of the property. Long lets are preferred.
